Capturing The Milky Way!
My new tripod arrived last night (About time I bought one!) and I wanted to take it out for a test run. I watched probably the best, most straight-forward video tutorial on how to capture the Milky Way in a highly light polluted area, like in a city. I will embed the video below. I was amazed how easy it was! It was also the first time I have ever captured the Milky Way and I cannot recall a time where I ever saw it clearly, period.
I am excited to use my tripod for more astrophotography, and in a myriad of creative projects in the future. I have something planned this weekend too, for another school assignment. Be on the lookout for that! =)
