Playful Beauty
I had been wanting to take more sunset silhouette photos; the weather has been incredible! It was killing me not being able to take advantage of it, until last night!
Awhile back, my friend, Kat, mentioned she had a skirt that might flow well in the wind. We were finally able to try it out, along with a scarf, at the beach, and, man, was it windy! It was actually too windy and tangled the skirt and scarf many times. I told her that I only wanted to be out there 10-15 minutes. No way did I want to put her through that chilly wind and water while she was wearing a very thin outfit. It all looked fantastic though. She rocked it and was a good sport about it! Willing to still go out there. I could not ask for much more! (Thank you!)
I cannot wait to give this concept another go; just a little less wind next time! Some of my favorite photos I have taken are silhouettes, and now that I am learning more as a photographer and incorporating more props, it is only getting better!
